Once again I find myself drawn back to looking at sugar for my CRM needs and trouble ticketing.
I use OTRS at present but there is no simple CRM within OTRS.

I would not use sugar as a full CRM but for simple tasks like adding information about my customers,
booking calls/visits in future with them.

I am also interested in using the google calendar connector:

So my main questions.:-

It seems that to use sugar as some kind of ticket system I should use the "Create Cases"
feature in Sugar. I notice the only way to use this is if you have imported your customers/clients as
Accounts, is this for a reason? I guess I can do it but 90% of my customers are residential, home users.

Next, the "Compose Email" feature in tasks does not populate the email with the email address, is this a design feature? Any way around this?
