Sugar CRM w/ Accounting?

Does Sugar CRM have any built in accounting functionality? If so, can someone navigate me to how to reach that page?

Also, is there a way that during a project, I need to have a client approve something, is this setup?

Sugar Pro can prepare quotations. Sugar OS cannot. That is about the extent of it. No other accounting capabilities (if that is one!). You might want to see Info At Hand which has invoicing and payments, statements, receipts.

For your project requirement, you need a project extranet or portal - and that is not a pre-configured component with any Sugar version.
