Sugar CRM- Wht skills you need to have?

I am just curious...

To use Sugar CRM.. what level of knowledge do you need to have? Can a novice person with just little coding knowledge use Sugar CRM.? How easy is to create modules etc etc

To sum up.. whts exact skills do you need to use Sugar CRM.

Sugar includes a drag and drop/UI driven customization tool that is fairly easy to use and allows you to create new modules as well as modify existing modules. Easy is always a relative term, but in my experience, most users I've encountered seemed to have little trouble understanding how to use the tool.

With regards to PHP knowledge, etc., it is not necessary to know those things in order to use Sugar. Now, that being said, if your intention is to do all administrative and customization work yourself, then yes, PHP as well as MySQL/MSSQL knowledge would be helpful.
