Sugar Label error
When in STUDIO, in Account module, when I go to Label I get the 2 "weird" record as in attached file...
when I press <save and deploy>, I have this error message "Failed to retrieve data"
can someone please help me how to clean up the Label and remove those 2 error data please.

What is the version of your SugarCRM instance?
Did you upgrade your instance from an older release?
Did you install any package?
Did you customize code by hand?
What is the stack of such instance? Operating System, Web server (apache, iis)?
