Sugar licensing requirements for creating hosted vertical databases?

Hello All,

I am thinking of creating two industry specific databases using Sugar. I want to name the product something like "XYZ CRM powered by Sugar". I want to host this product on my own servers and sell it to customers using a subscription based model. What do I need to clear with SugarCRM to be in compliance?

You need to be in compliance with this license (assuming you are talking about Community Edition);

If you are talking about Pro or Ent, you would need to comply with their respective subscription agreements.
