Sugar Logs me off without warning

Hello Users:
I am having an issue with SUGAR 5, here at the office we have two PC that are getting kick out of sugar,
this happens for example like 5 min after being working on any sugar task, when this happens they get to
the main log in screen. After that they have to sign in again to continue working.

This two machines are running on windows, one is vista and the other xp, the rest of the machines are running on Ubuntu, We have another machine that runs on XP but is not suffering from this issue.

At the beginning we thought it was the server but we realize that if it was; we would all be suffering from the same happening, we would appreciate if anyone can propose possible roots of the cause of this issue.

Check your web server's timeout settings. It sounds like the timeout period is expiring and closing your sessions.

SugarCRM has no auto-logout option, so you should check your webserver configuration and session timeout settings.
