Default Sugar in the Non-Profit realm?

I work in non-profit broadcasting and have heard about Sugar through the grapevine. I need a better way to take care of customer service issues, but I can't find much on the website about how Sugar could be used in a non-profit setup. Could someone point me towards any information on this?

And at the end of the month and a guy got paid, and tips in full (although it is unclear why he was still the prize was not given).
