Sugar Open Source multiple installation sessions management

Is it possible to install several SugarCRM on the same pc
Example one in /var/www/maincrm/ the second in /var/www/partnercrm/
(of course the database are different one for main and one for partner)

Specifically, Is there any problem with possible mix sessions management if I work with both the crms main and partner (contemporary opened in the same menù)

I'm running multiple installs on one server. Be sure that you have a different unique key for each installation. Should this be the same AND the admin and password are the same, then you can use the same session for both versions. This can cause security issues. The only reason we encountered this, is because we use a default setup and this was copied for a new user. If you install each separate version, you will not get this.

How did you do this...

i was goign to run this off IIS but yeah forget that

but with SugarApache does it work the same as regualr apache where i can setup virtual hosting and have it call on individual installs from different domains?

im assuming you had to edit the conf file
