    Default Sugar POP3 email

    Inbound email is setup and we have tested our ISP mail account with the test settings. It shows Test Settings INBOX Close Window. There is an email in that inbox. How does sugar pull the email from our ISP....We can send mail out but not retrieve.

    Please advise with step by step intructions.

    Yes, we have setup cron and we are using full paths.

    Thanks for the reply. We have done everything as that article suggested. We are using Redhat ES3.

    In the sugacrm.log file there is an error code [7609]...what would this refer to?
