Well, my comapny bought the Pro version becasue we needed reporting. Now I find out that 'Cross Module reporting' means that in Pro you can only report on two modules! You have to upgrade to the Enterprize version to report on more than two modules in the system. I am extremely dissappointed in the represenation of the reporting. Any one else feel the same way? Every time I ask an issue I keep getting ' that is not in this program, we can customize, call your Sales Rep, you need another version (which will cost you more.....'
I demoed the software and thought I spent enough time on it to make a decision - but the sales functionality is VERY coumbersome , it is buggy as hell and they keep pointing me to a sales rep. Any feedback? I am only the sales person in my company - we just hired a new IT guy who can doSugar customization (one of the reasons we bought it). But of course, he is on revenue projects.
As the person who supports the salaries in my comapny I cannot even get my IT guys to get this running except when they have a few minutes at the end of each day. They are trying, but our business is to generate revenue and support our own clients, not support a product we purchased, which is supposed to be fully functional out of the box. Mysales productiviity has plumeted since we acquired this.....Anybody else feel the same way? Any sales people out there?
