Sugar Pro and Sugar CE

Hi,

Is this possible. In our company we have idenified users that require the Professional Version for the reporting, case management etc. but we have alot of other users that only require the dairy functionality and the Accounts and Contacts.

Is it possible to use the Pro version and then set users up to only use the CE features therefor not requiring a Pro licsense for all users?
