How do i work with the Scheduler to make a poll of inbound emails? The following lines are provided with sugarspike, but it says that the command is not found when i test it. What should i change in order to make it work with Sugar Spike 4.0.1

To Setup Windows Scheduler
Create a batch file with the following commands:
cd C:\Archivos de programa\SugarCRM\httpd\htdocs\SugarCRM
php.exe -f cron.php
