Sugar support in Hobart

we are using Sugar - or at least attempting to. We have reached a point of frustration where we are ready to wipe it and move to something else. Before we do that, is there anyone in Hobart (or in Tasmania) who can provide some training/ do some consultancy to help us get it working the way we need?
