I'm getting more and more frustrated with response time on my emails to the Sugar Team:
1) I purchased a Sugar Bronze Partnership in September. 2 weeks later (!!!) first (!!!) email came from Sugar. After some discussions we decided to convert the Partnership into a SugarExchange Premium Placement - and I'm now waiting for 4 weeks without any feedback from Sugar.
2) I want to sell our modules at SugarExchange and I am willing the sign a contract for fixing sales commission rates etc. I've been told several times by different team members that somebody will contact me. nothing happens since a few weeks.
3) I'm trying to get the "Certificed by Sugar" for ZuckerDocs and ZuckerReports since August. I filled the forms at SugarForge, sent emails to SugarForge/SugarExchange admins, to certification@sugarcrm.com (by the way, this email address is not know to the email server, although it is listed here: http://www.sugarexchange.com/content/certification/), and didn't get ANY feedback at all. Not even uselesse feedback. Simply Nothing.
What's the matter with the Sugar Team ? As far as I know, there are over one hundred employees, why is there no feedback ? Sugar claims to be a worldclass CRM product, but the company behind seems not to be able to use it on their own!
I'm not talking about someone asking a question in the forum - within a user-to-user community I don't expect a Sugar Team member to answer beginners questions. But support and feedback for companies with ambitions to offer commercial extensions at SugarExchange have to become way better.
