Sugar Training Model???

I am a system administrator and we just recently purchased professional 4.5.1. We have about 15 users, and I am trying to put together some training sessions for different departments- technical, sales, etc. Does anyone know of any training models that might be helpful for this? The people that will be trained are very computer literate, and the goal is to put together a 1 hour session for each department.

You can browse through the in-application training module which will lead you through the Sugar training.



You can find this on the top panel of Sugar, simply click on the Training tab. Thanks to Sugar guys for this implementation

I have been through all of the Sugar training modules. My challenge is combining all of these models into a one hour general training session.

Thanks for checking out the Sugar University training. Have you had the opportunity to attend our live remote training sessions?

If you go to the Learning Sessions Schedule, you can see what sessions we have posted. We just completed our Winter 2007 schedule and will be posting our Spring 2007 schedule later this week.

In addition, we have some recorded sessions and will be posting additional recorded sessions shortly. I do think there is quite a lot of content to cover in one hour, and would budget additional time to get your organization up to speed. Training is a very important component in user adoption and the overall success of a CRM implementation.
