    Default sugar useage and pricing

we have been using sugar professional for some time now. it provides us with a 360 degree view of each of our customers, from cradle (lead) to grave (rarely happens). we would like to open it up to our customers so that they can see and potentially modify their own data. however with about 1200 customers all of which are infrequent users the cost seems prohibitive. Has anyone contemplated this type of usage?

this portal looks like the ticket but i must be missing something. the issue i raised was the problem of having a large number of users who are very infrequently connected. the number of concurrent users is probably always less than 10. but the total of users is over 1200. if i read the pricing correctly that would equate to over $5m/year in license fees. great for you guys, but not so good for us. what am i missing?

    Hi there,

The easiest way to understand what your pricing and cost options are is to contact Sugar's sales group. They'll walk you through the pricing options and will answer all of your questions.

You can contact Sales in a number of ways:
