SugarCRM API?

Hello,

I am looking into whether it is possible to integrate SugarCRM with an e-commerce website my company has built.

The site is built using Django/Satchmo, and we'd like to be able to export our customer information directly into the CRM, is this possible? Is a Python API available?

Also in the forthcoming 5.5 there is a RESTful interface as well. There are no python clients for either API that I am aware of. However, if you come across one, please let me know. Cheers!
