SugarCRM with Asterisk

the software trixbox has incorporate SugarCRM.
As these two tools they are used in parallel, like it could start it?
Does some documentation exist, does it guide, link of this topic?

There is {publically released or distributed} very little in which has been done regarding various levels of integration of Asterisk with Sugar..

Anyways, those two sites above, will offer you a tremendous (especially voip-info) of resources, software, other sites, information, etc. all of which will lend towards helping you accomplish any such goals that you might have in relation to Asterisk.
