We are trying to use sugarcrm community edition for quite a while. We won't upgrade to a professional edition due to the fact the we have a recurring issue with sending campaigns or sending test email. Every time when we want to start a new campaign it seems that are settings are lost and it takes us hours to find a solution but so far we couldn't find any reason for this behavior. For example an email campaign of 1000 emails went out correctly no issues. A couple of hours later we try to start a new campaign and it doesn't work. Even worse when trying the email setting and email out a test email to one of our other addresses then the domain itself it doesn't work. After a couple of hours playing and resetting passwords suddenly it works. This happens almost for every campaign. No errors can be found in logs.
