    Default SugarCRM CE Upgrade Issues

After upgrading to SugarCRM 5.5.0 the edit tab in my account has lost all functuonality and all that is displayed is the title. I have checked to see if we have the correct php file and we do. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a Repair & Rebuild yet? If so, are there any errors that show up during the Repair/Rebuild?

I did do a repair/rebuild and that did not fix the problem. Do you know of a roll back feature?

Not sure. I haven't ever needed to roll back an upgrade. Were there any customizations that you've made to the Accounts area in the past?

We have not made any changes outside of the SugarCRM CE package at all. Just using it as is. I read that the php file is the main cause of losing a screen view and we did confirm the php file is adequate but I would like to try to upload the most recent php in an effort to fix our issues. Can you provide instructions on updating the php?

Sure. One more thing to try first. Go to cache\modules and delete everything. This will force Sugar to rebuild all of the views.

If that doesn't work unzip the full install version (not the upgrade version) for your version. Find the modules/Accounts folder and drop that into your modules/Accounts folder. Then run Repair/Rebuild.

For the cache directory it's the first one: htdocs/sugarcrm/cache/modules/accounts
