sugarCRM do what i want

I was told about this from a friend but i dont kn ow if it will do all i want.

i have 6 office staff needs acces to it all the time

i have 15 reps with laptops on the road want them to be able to sync with server

setup regions for each rep send messages ablout new clients to the reps with the new client info

all reps to see all contacts but only change their own contacts

have a billing address and a delevery address for each client

be able to make myown reports as i require them

each new contact to have a sorce as to where the new client heard of us or where the new client info was got

i need more but i will leave it for another day

Do the reps have internet connections while visiting clients?
If not the better option is the SugarCRM Enterprise which contains the Offline feature that sync modified data to server when connecting.

Simple Programming implementation

1. have a billing address and a delevery address for each client

Sugar default

1. be able to make myown reports as i require them

SugarCRM licensed versions (Professional / Enterprise) default.
For the Community Edition it requires programming

1. each new contact to have a sorce as to where the new client heard of us or where the new client info was got

The reps would sync once a day by dialing into the server or by connecting to the server over the internet which ever they wanted.

Not so clear, I need clarification

each rep is setup a area a few countys where they are based 1 rep might do 2 regions some of our products do better in some regions then others. each client when put in is put in a region depenoding on where they live. a rep cannot deal with a client out side there region but can deal with them if the delevery address is in there region.

does this make it any clearer.

we haave a CRM which does not meet our needs.

Your explanation is clear enough, thank you!
I'm sure SugarCRM CE can do almost you want by default. Just two requirements depends on code implementation.
The Reports, sync feature, rules over regions and products and restrict access to DetailView for non assigned records requires development.
The SugarCRM PRO can do the reports you want.
The SugarCRM ENT can do the sync process you want.
