SugarCRM Email

I'm wondering how many people are using the built-in email client provided with SugarCRM.

If so, what has your experience been like?

If not, what are your reasons? Already using another solution? Or, did you find shortcomings?

well I tried to use it. but it seems some of my outbound emails didnt reach destination although the sent folder says that it has been sent.

I am looking for an outlook plugin or the possibility of adding the email through b.c.c
