Is SugarCrm a good bugtrackingsystem?

I work for little IT and we need a bug tracking system for our client. My boss likes SugarCRM and would use the module for external users. Is a good idea? What sort of problem could we meet?

Hi,

If it's just a bugtracker you want and not a general CRM system, then sugar is probably not the thing for you. There are more feature rich, open source, dedicated apps that would probably be more appropriate.

Sugar as a whole would be overkill - and the bugtracker is not as feature-rich at the moment as others.
