Hello,

I wish to integrate the SugarCRM community edtion, with a SIP account already configured in the EdgeBox of Critical, that we have here at office.

I have installed in my laptop Xlite, and i configured there the SIP account, and i can make and receive calls through the laptop.

What i want now, is to be able to make and receive calls directly from SugarCRM, using the same technology provided to configure XLite.

I created a Virtual Machine with AsteriskNow installed there, but now i don't know how to configure it to work like i did with Xlite. If i could make this work, then i could install in SugarCRM, the module that integrates with Asteriks, and voilá.... problem solved

Can this be done?

Can anyone point to me a tutorial, where shows how to configure such an integration?
