sugarcrm with IVR

I am interested in building a IVR using sugarcrm. But sugarcrm is not important here for discussions, but it would be good if it is integrated.

anyways, I need to setup an IVR for the following use cases (much like how banks have).

A customer calls, the systems prompts menus with authentication.
customer can leave a audio message say 30sec (not more than 30 sec)
call to check status of his tickets
call to check account balance
call to re-charge his card

SugarCRM is the backend for employees to do their work.

I am looking for a cheaper prototype/model to begin with including hosted IVR with Sugarcrm. This prototype will be used by 100 users on a daily basis.

I am definitely interested in solutions and ideas for a cheaper solution.

Hello Adam,

It is probably a basic answer but here we go:

To configure the SugerCRM inside INVOX your system ask for:

Username
api key
URI

What is api key?
Is the URI the path I use to access the sugar, like: http://www.mycompany.com.br/sugar ?
Can I use the integration with sugar using the Community Edition of Sugar?
