Hi everyone,
I've been exploring the demos on SugarCRM.com and I'm blown away by it's capability.
I'm concerned that it might be a little too much for my needs though.
Specifically, I need an intranet contacts manager that only managers (10) of my company's 60 person company could update. We would need to keep metadata about 1) who is our internal contact for that external person and 2) whether that contact would get a holiday card.
Would I be able to customize SugarCRM so that most of its complexity would be hidden? So that it would only list contact information, internal contact, and whether or not contact gets a holiday card?
If SugarCRM is not the best solution, can you suggest another one?
