Hi, Sugareez!

After several days of deciding which CRM to use, I finally came to a decision that SugarCRM will power my tech support site. It was tough one because Sugar doesn't have a web self-service portal compared to the other ones that I had evaluatied. However, I see better future with SugarCRM as I intended my biz to grow. SugarCRM is also truly synonymous with the spirit of Open Source. As my final decision I feel I have no reason to regret later and I couldn't resist those beautiful templates (the Gold Gate one really fits my style and mood). It's smooth and breezy. It can reduce the streess when dealing with tons of support. I'd love to see SugarCRM evoles to the max.

Just as a note to the forum, has anyone seen V T iger Rescently their new beta is looking really slick... I hope this pushes SugarCRM to push more into the OS....

Their AJAX instant editing of fields in the detail view is interesting - but I think they've still incorporated too many clicks to edit one field - not much saving on user effort compared to going to edit view - though it saves on traffic.
