SugarCRM Open Source - Licence Issues

Hello:

We have been providing SugarCRM Open Source solutions in India. However we have not put all these services we are offerring on our website.

Do we need an association with SugarCRM to use its name on our website ?
For example, Can I add a new page in my website 'surgarcrm services" and list all the services I am offering on that page.

Please let me know.

You can visit this site and this site as examples of independent sites associated with SugarCRM but with no contractual relationship with SugarCRM.
