SugarCRM and other Call Center integration

Anyone there? I'm a new guy on SugarCRM. I plan to build a system contains: CRM and Call Center. Which component i have to use to integrate SugarCRM with other CallCenters (Avaya, Nortel, Siemens)?
I'm looking for many times, but i cannot find exact answers.
Help me with this, please. Thank you!

Yes, paikmoses.
Someone released products for integration with Call Centres: Simplicti, VoiceRD,... But i want to know how they connect with SugarCRM? Which SugarCRM component do this?

So far, the only phone system that SugarCRM integrate with is Asterisk. If you want to integrate other phone system with SugarCRM, perhaps you can download the source code of the Asterisk integration, and see if you can write something similar.
