SugarCRM question

I did not get any response from the licencing forum, So I am trying my luck here.

I am hoping to create and licence online versions of SugarCRM. I am planning to customise the code and charge my customers monthly/annually for using it, hosting costs, etc.

Is there anything in GPLv3 which will not allow me to do this? I will not be selling the software to them just allowing online usage, etc. So, I think i dont have to give them the code either.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

In accordance with the GPL 3.0, you can commercialize a hosted, modified SugarCRM CE system without giving away your code. You must respect the use of SugarCRM's logos which is good business anyway (it's become a respected brand).

SugarCRM prefers that you build your solution on top of Sugar Pro, which offers several advantages, including more deployment flexibility for your customers and more robust IP protection of your code. Your customers would also get many more features - Reports, Teams, Quotes, Product Catalog, Forecasts, Outlook plugin (which is very useful) - and your business would be able to count on SugarCRM for support.
