Hi Everyone,
I don't know if this is the right forum for this question - but I would like to get some unbiased feedback on the ups and downs of implementing SugarCRM (installation through on-going usage). We've heard of a couple successes and one failure (that I can't mention the name of), but would like to get some more data points to make an informed decision. Would people chime in & let me know what they like / hate the most about Sugar? (Moderators - if this isn't the right place for this thread, let me know ).
