Is sugarcrm the right solution for me?

I'm not sure if sugarcrm is the right solution for what I'm looking for, but here is what I'm looking for.
I want to build a system where a customer can place a custom order, say for example, to buy an item on Ebay or at macys.com. They place this custom order with a link to the product (or multiple products in one order), item cost, quantity, sizes, colors.
They would also be able to add funds to their account, say with paypal, bank transfer, or what ever. They would be able to see where that money went and how much is left.
We would receive the orders, buy the products, mark orders as bough, received, and then shipped.
The system would show us how much funds are in their account, how they transferred the funds to us.

I installed the free version of the system, but I don't see anything what I'm looking for, but maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. I don't mind buying the paid version, but I need to know that this is something that I can do.
