sugarcrm & softphone predictive dialer intergration

Hi,

Ive been using sugarcrm for a while now for my software comapny feneris solutions inc www.feneris.com and i love it, lately ive been thinking about doing some telemarketing for a new shopping cart we have coming out called miracart www.miracart.com (site isnt up yet but you can see it in development at http://shirt.feneris.com) and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions how or if there is some predctive dialer that is already intergrated with sugarcrm?
