Just a quick side note to clarify a potential issue due to the manner in which the question has been asked...
All versions of Sugar (Community, Professional and Enterprise) are open source, meaning that you have full access to the source code, as others have indicated.
However, don't confuse that with "owning" the code. Access to the code doesn't equate to ownership. If you want to actually "own" the code, I am sure it would cost you several million dollars.
This is an important distinction because although you have access to the code, you still have to abide by the various license agreements with regards to what you want to do with it, such as reselling it.

Oh,its good that sugarcrm source code is free,..I also knew that one need to pay for it,..nice to know that its really free..
