Sugarcrm Speed

When I run SugarCRM locally, It works only fast as over a high speed connection. Can anyone tell me why the pages don't popup immidiately. I mean on a high speed processor ,the scripts should run lightening fast right, everything is already cached too.

The reason being SugarCRM is architected around templates. Templates will aggravate the response times.

Make sure that your MySQL InnoDB is configured properly. You can test this by looking at the Server Memory and Procesor usage. If the memory usage is very less, then try to do the Performance and Tuning activities on InnoDB of MySQL database. then you will see a a noticable change in the application performance.
