I'm wondering if anyone here has the same experience that I've been having. Our SugarCRM installation (4.2.0d) has been working for some time now using LDAP authentication. With LDAP configured, we have SSL enabled the site with a certificate generated from our CA. The site works flawlessly with a web browser on a computer but when it comes to the BlackBerry devices trying to access the site, it gets stuck in a loop on the log on screen. It would appear to do something but it always goes back to the login prompt. Any suggestions as to what to do is welcome.
