I've noticed a disturbing pattern in my support issues. I'll submit a bug or "case", will get a cursory reply back saying its fixed in such and such a release, and then weeks later when the patch is released the bug isn't actually fixed. This has happened when almost every single one of the bugs I've submitted.

Now, this can happen if the bug descriptions are incomplete or vague, but I've gone out of my way to upload data that can be used to test, and screen shots showing the actual problem.

The upshot is I've had to submit the same bug reports over again, wasting everyone's time.

I'm starting to wonder if the support personnel is under some sort of pressure to close issues prematurely?
