Team Sugar-
As I work (read: struggle) with the Workflow system in SugarCRM, it dawned on me that it would be far simpler if Sugar were to include sample workflow definitions (and email alert templates) with the Pro version of the product.
For cases, I would like to see the following:
- New Case Opened which sends to the assigned contact(s)
- Case Closed which sends to the assigned contact(s)
- Case Status Changed which sends to the assigned contact(s)
- New Note Added which sends to BOTH the assigned contact(s) and assigned analyst
I'm sure that others could list "like to haves" to other modules like Opportunities, Contacts, Contracts, etc. Feel free to do so in this thread!! ;-)
Also, if anyone has a working version of the New Case Opened or the New Note Added workflows, please post them here!
