We're using SugarCRM for B2B sales where we are talking with both corporate headquarters as well as franchised locations.
For example, we might be talking with ABC Pizza's corporate headquarters. In addition, we're talking with a franchisee John's Pizza LLC dba ABC Pizza. Within ABC Pizza, there is likely a regional marketing manager who handles a region that might include both corporate and franchised locations. When we close a deal, 90% of the time, it's the franchisee signing off on it.
Does anyone have a suggestion for how best to structure this within Sugar?
