I have setup and configured a CRM....and have been asked for a scedular to be accosiated with our contracts module. Basically we want to have pop ups to appear at set times before contracts run out....is there anyway of doin this? or any suggestions about doing it?

I would look at the calls module as that has a popup reminder

you could probably take code from that

Once you work out how the alerts work on the calls module you should be able to modify the contracts module to give you automatic alerts

mind u easier for me to suggest it than for u to implement it

I had a quick look but not at code level....is there an easyer way to see the code then going on to my CRM box and trawling though the endless folders and files?

I use Dreamweaver from my PC to browse my Sugar box - works for me
