Hi all,
A question that comes up once in a while is:
How to create summary reporting on Activities (Calls, Meetings, Emails, Notes, Tasks)?
As far as I can tell, there is no way to use the Reports module to create a consolidated summary Report across these modules (e.g. to show count of Activities per user per week).
My suggestion is:
Create a custom module called Activity log.
Create workflows that create records in the Activity log for each call, meeting, etc.
Create reports on the Activity log module.
Has anyone implemented a solution like this or a better one for the same problem?
