Default Syncronize Data with MS Access

I have the following tables in a Microsoft Access based accounting software program called Access Your Biz. I would like to know how can I go about creating a synchronization procedure to synchronize the data between them and SugarCRM.
    -Contacts
    -Customers
    -Sales Quotes
    -Sales Orders
    -Invoices

The parameters of the Syncronization are as follows:
-Only record level syncronization is needed.
-Bidirectional synchronization is needed, but we'd like to set the MS Access data to take presedence if there is a conflict. It would be nice to have a syncronization log file of conflicts but it's not critical at this point.
-Invoke synchronization based on user demand of some kind (menu, button, etc)

If there are any other parameters needed in order to answer my question, just assume the most simple or most common parameter, right now we just want the basics. Thank you in advance.

You can use Talend. It's an ETL that had synchronisation function. It's here : http://www.sugarexchange.com/product...hp?product=462

Talend Open Studio looks like a great tool. It can only be bought or is there a free version? I hope so, though I couldīt find any.
