Tabs disappearing for new modules in 6.0.1

I was using modulebuilder to build a new package of modules. After a few iterations of editing and deploying, I noticed the tabs for the new modules disappeared. There were no obvious errors in the spmlog from the last iteration though there were some for previous attempts. I believe I fixed those errors. I tried repairing and clearing the cache and it was of no avail. I am learning sugar and would appreciate it if anyone could give any guidance as to what I should try next. (I did see a previous post for a tab for an existing module disappearing and this seems to be very similar to my situation.)

Are you clicking the Deploy button in Module Builder rather than Publish or Export? When you go into Admin->Module Loader, do you see the module displayed in the module list? Is it installed and enabled?

I only used Deploy, never Publish or Export. I realize I have to fix one-to-many relationships before publishing.
I have replied to another post in the 'Help' list of threads which is for the same problem though with differences. I realize it's really a problem/bug rather than a topic for general discussion. Thanks for replying. Please reply to the thread in the Help thread if you can assist.

The problems seems to have been the extra resource requirements needed for MySQL and PHP scripts when upgrading to 6.0.1. After making them, and starting the module build all over with a new SugarCE load, I have had no problems except, for what seems to be usual, I had to manually fix up one-to-many relationships for the new modules I created in my package. It worked flawlessly afterwards.

I may have been wrong about what the solution was though the problem was not seen afterwards.
I happened to find this other thread which describes more closely the symptoms I had also seen though I did not get to that solution.
