Tasks List View not handling Daylight Savings Time

In my tasks list view, due date times are an hour early.
In the task detail view, due date times are *correct*.

My server time is correct.
Changing the timezone on the server makes no difference.
As for my timezone setting in sugarcrm for my user profile, I've tried Los Angeles, and NYC... no difference.

imho, this can be explained by the list view, not correctly accounting for DST (daylight savings time), which would explain the subtraction of an extra hour from GMT.

If I pick a timezone for my sugar user profile that does not observe DST (e.g. phoenix), then the list and detail view show the same time.
