Teams seen by a normal user

Hi,

How can I make some records to be seen by a user?, if the records are assigned or where created by an admin user, how can I make a normal user see these records?, I've already tried assigning to the normal user the same team as the admin user but didn't work, Can you help me out on this one please!!!

Any suggestions...

Thanks anyway but I've already found the team I needed to use to see what I needed to see with the other user.

You have to assign that record to a Team which includes both admin and the user you want to have access to that record.
