We are looking at implementing SugarCRM Pro in our company. The main reason for this is basically telemarketing, and SugarCRMs flexibility of course.

We are having a bit trouble in finding the best practice for our salesmen.
I have been puzzling a bit with the features but still find it hard.

Best solution IMHO
1. Start with a campaign for telemarketing
2. Add leads to your campaign
3. Browse a list with leads for the campaign and call them as you go
4. Easy mark the lead with a notice of how the call went

You should always be able to see the results of calling the lead regarding a campaign, and also being able to have several campaigns.

Do anyone know how my hypothetical flow could work, or know any better solutions - please let me know.
