I am testing Joomla for my company Intranet.
One of the main issues is to publish sets of documents (say: user manuals, procedures, the quality system documents.
They have a hierarchy. And mainly, each set has it own page template, with a predefined index. Instances of each set have mostly the same template, with some exceptions, of course.
Some of the documents should be printed per sections (think about instructions about each step of a process: each person has the instruction section pertinent to her/his job).
At the present we use MSWord.
My question is if Joomla is convenient for this kind of documents.
And if I easily migrate from MSWord to HTM templates.
