What you are looking for is usually called a customer portal, or a customer self-service portal. Sugar Pro & Enterprise offer such a portal, called, unsurprisingly - SugarPortal. There is a SugarForge project for one to work with the OS version - but it is not up to date, and pretty dusty. SugarPortal I believe has its own separate cost to it, and as well, only does Cases at the moment.

Hi Michael, Thanks for your reply, I had a look at the link that you provided and I don't think I need something like that. What I am after is something like OTRS, Open Ticket Request System from http://otrs.org/ they have a customer frontend where they can post Ticket Request or report bugs.
I was looking for something similare within SugarCRM,

Well - it lets customers post bugs and service cases (tickets). Also lets them update their own contact info, collaborate on projects, view FAQs and participate in forums.
