Is there a way to make contacts available to all users?

I work for a company who needs contacts to be available to all users and I was wondering is there a way to do this and if so how can I?

They should be as standard. It sounds like you might be using the Pro version - or possibly using the open source teams module - and might have set the users's default teams to be their private teams. hence, no one else can see them. If that's the case, change it to 'global' in the users's configs and if you don't fancy having to change all the contacts' team memberships individually, you might have to modify the existing database contact table to change all the team fields to global.
