Hi,
I am orientating myself now about the different CRM's as to which one to use for my about-to-start company. SugarCRM looks real good but I just can't find info about one functionality which I NEED.
Does SugarCRM also provide a ticket system?
So by that, I mean that customers can post a question through a basic html form, which then appears in the CRM with a specific subject, so that when replies go back and forth, it stays within the same conversation?
Also, I need to send out mass mail (not spam, but to registered users). How are the possibilities for this?
